Does a QR request go straight to the kitchen?
No. Staff review the request before kitchen dispatch. Online payment from the QR menu is not enabled in the supplied scope.
How are card payments handled?
The cashier confirms the result on an external card terminal, then records the payment in POS. This does not imply an integrated payment gateway.
Can the outlet complete a sale offline?
Some unpaid direct-sale commands can be retained for recovery. Final payment and receipt issuance require online operation.
Can POS charge a hotel room already?
The PMS integration is a product direction. Guest lookup and room charge are not enabled in the supplied POS scope. Confirm future rollout separately.
